The Book of Mormon Musical

Spend the night laughing with the irreverently hilarious nine time TONY winner from the creators of South Park as you sit back and watch the Broadway musical, The Book of Mormon at the Wilson Center. Follow a missionary journey of two Latter-day Saints as they attempt to preach the faith of their Church to the inhabitants of a remote Ugandan village. The earnest young men are met by the lack of interest from the locals, who are distracted by more pressing issues like HIV/AIDS, famine, ritual mutilation, and oppression by the local warlord. Although the musical is a satire of the beliefs and practices of Mormons, it ultimately endorses the positive power of love and service to others.
