Military Through the Ages

Explore the grounds of Moores Creek National Battlefield as it is filled with living historians portraying soldiers from wars across the ages including the American Revolution, War of 1812, Civil War and both World Wars. Combined with the historic ambience of colonial music demonstrations and sounds of 18th and 19th century muskets and cannons firing throughout the day. Get a glimpse into modern military units as well as they share their stories and showcase state of the art equipment. There will also be multiple literary events from spoken poetry to guest speakers presenting the Highland Scots.
