Joy Lee Apartments

Located a few blocks from the award winning Carolina Beach Boardwalk, discover a family owned landmark that was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977 for its unique design: a forerunner of today's vacation condos. Frequently filmed because of the beautiful arches, stylistic railings and whimsical winding steps, the architecture is a wonderful blend of art deco, mission, and prairie style. Friendly, quiet, and family oriented, the units are clean, cozy, and comfortable with reasonable rates. Each apartment comes with a private porch, a living room, dining room, two bedrooms and a bath. Featured on Magnolia Network's Motel Rescue, the stairway is so stunning, it was featured throughout the season. This is just the way things used to be, only better.
