Fun Bowl: Ramen and Poke

This fast casual Japanese restaurant, located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington, will be serving fresh scratch-made noodles as well as offering Poke Bowls and other Oriental dishes. A Master Sushi Chef decided to bring fresh Ramen with gluten-free, low-sodium, low-fat, vegan, and starch-free noodle options. The open kitchen allows diners to watch the complex process of creating the popular dishes.
